Enchanted Gardens is an owner operated business. We strive to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders are packed Monday - Friday. On weekends, we do prep work, for example mixing soils, bagging perlite and other supplements, prepping wick reservoirs and more.

Invoices are generated after shipping costs are determined. At that time a PayPal invoice will be generated or you will be contacted for credit card information. If you wish to pay by check, you will be sent an invoice with total cost including shipping. A note about PayPal invoices, sometimes they may go to your SPAM mail, so please check there for missing emails from Enchanted Gardens or PayPal.
Orders are packed in the order that they are received. After payment is received, your order will be shipped. We work as hard as we can to get your orders out quickly. You should receive a confirmation of your order (without shipping charges) at the time that you place your order. If there are additional delays this information will be noted on the website; in the confirmation email or you will receive an email from us with additional information.
Payment for orders. I will contact the customer through the website email, telephone and gmail trying to communicate with the customer, regarding payment. If you should decide that you no longer wish to receive the order, for any reason, please let me know and I will cancel the order. I understand things happen. If a customer needs to delay payment for an order due to extenuating circumstances, please let me know. I have no problem holding orders if you notify me. Thank you for your understanding.
Damaged products - please contact us as soon as possible about the damaged products so that we can replace them for you at no charge. We appreciate it if you can email us pictures of the damaged product.
Returned products - wrong product ordered, no longer need the product or exchange for a different product, may be charged a restocking fee.
