Enchanted Gardens is an owner operated business. We strive to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders are packed Monday - Friday evenings. On weekends, we do prep work, for example mixing soils, bagging perlite and other supplements, prepping wick reservoirs and more.

**Please note: we are experiencing additional delays in packing and shipping orders due to the volume of orders we have received and catching up after spring shows and sales. Currently it is taking at least 3-4 weeks from order receipt to packing your order.

Invoices are generated after shipping costs are determined. At that time a PayPal invoice will be generated or you will be contacted for credit card information. If you wish to pay by check, you will be sent an invoice with total cost including shipping.
Orders are packed in the order that they are received. It may take 10 - 15 business days for an order to be packed. After payment is received, your order will be shipped. We work as hard as we can to get your orders out quickly. You should receive a confirmation of your order (without shipping charges) at the time that you place your order. If there are additional delays this information will be noted on the website; in the confirmation email or you will receive an email from us with additional information.

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM (EST) and most Saturdays (10 AM - 2PM) except during June, July and August.
**Shipping Prices have increased:
UPS price increase 5.9% as of 12/26/23
USPS package increase 5.4% as of 1/21/24. The shipping program that I use is providing discounts for USPS packages. As always, we look for the cheapest shipping prices.
