Shipping Information

With the holiday season approaching we can expect delays in shipping by the US Postal Service.  With that in mind, some packages shipped by ground services may take an additional week to deliver, starting around the end of November through the end of December.  If you require your package to be delivered by a certain date or quickly, you can request priority shipping.  Keep in mind that the priority rate does increase the shipping charge.

We are catching up on orders from before the NYS AVS convention therefore your order may be delayed 7–10 business days.  We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.

  • Shipping is calculated after order is packed. Customer pays all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping is by USPS or UPS, whichever has the lowest price.
  • Shipping costs are based on zip code and shipping weight. If a product requires extra shipping costs, it will be noted in the listing.
  • New York State residents will be charged applicable combined state and local sales tax for your county, on the total sum of your order, including shipping charges.
  • Shipping is Thursday and Saturday, after payment is received. We will email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Payment

We accept Credit or Debit Cards, PayPal, money order or check. Do not email credit card information. Please provide your telephone number and a time to call and we will contact you for your credit card information. If paying by check for the first time, we reserve the right to hold your order until the check has cleared the bank.

Damaged Products

We make every effort to pack your order carefully. If you received damaged products we require a picture of the damaged product so that we can provide credit, replacement, or refund.
